Program Service Manager Position Description

Grand Circle Corporation is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Program Service Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of program service delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and oversee all aspects of program service delivery, including hiring, training, and performance management of Trip Leaders.
    • Develop and implement effective hiring and training plans to ensure that Trip Leaders are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality programs.
    • Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other educational events to support the development of Trip Leaders.
    • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in a leadership or management role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, develop and implement strategic plans, and drive results-oriented decision-making.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
