At EXL Service, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Consultant to join our team. As a Business Analytics Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients make data-driven decisions by designing and developing data products that meet their needs.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with SQL, Snowflake, and data management, as well as excellent communication skills. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs, establish requirements, and align on delivery plans.
In this role, you will also be responsible for coordinating across data and analytics product teams to help design data assets that enable analytical solutions around asset management. You will understand various data sources around asset classes, portfolio, historical performances, market trends, etc., and explore additional structured or unstructured sources to enrich data pipelines.
