Job Title: Client Service Manager

As a seasoned professional in client relations and business development, you will be responsible for leading strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of influencer marketing and the ability to manage end-to-end campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts.
  • Develop tailored marketing strategies that meet each brand's objectives.
  • Manage the execution of influencer campaigns – including sourcing, briefing, content reviews, timelines, and reporting.
  • Ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines, timelines, and campaign KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign success through detailed performance analytics and optimize accordingly.
Client Onboarding & Business Development:
  • Pitch agency services and campaign ideas to potential partners.
  • Help onboard new clients by aligning their goals with our strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-impact proposals.
Market Insights:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and platform updates.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers and platforms to quickly source relevant talent.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field and 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or account management. They will also possess strong client-facing skills, excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities, as well as a proactive mindset.
