About This Role

We're seeking a skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining automation test frameworks using Selenium with Python.

With 7-10 years of experience, you will have a solid understanding of agile methodologies and be familiar with CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile environment.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing requirements and creating detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining automation test frameworks using Selenium with Python.
  • Executing and maintaining regression, smoke, and sanity suites to ensure product stability.
  • Conducting defect reporting, root cause analysis, and impact assessment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7–9 years of software testing experience.
  • Strong expertise in automation testing with Selenium.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Selenium with Python.
  • Solid understanding of functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
  • Experience in testing web applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and defect tracking tools.
