Job Description

The Plant Dispatch Supervisor will oversee dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery of finished goods and maintaining coordination between production, inventory, logistics, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and oversee daily dispatch schedules as per production and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangements and timely shipments.
  • Verify packing lists, invoices, and delivery challans before dispatch.
  • Ensure proper loading and safe handling of finished goods.
  • Maintain records of dispatched material, transport details, and proof of delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Mechanical background preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or plant inventory management, preferably in manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of dispatch planning, material handling, and inventory processes.
  • Basic understanding of ERP and Excel for reporting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle coordination under tight schedules.
