Procurement Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to lead procurement operations, vendor coordination, and material sourcing for office interior projects.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in purchase management within the interior design, construction, or civil industry, with a proven track record in vendor coordination, contract management, and material sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end purchase operations for office interior projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and execute cost-efficient purchasing strategies to optimize resources.
  • Build and sustain robust vendor relationships to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and reliability.
  • Identify and onboard new vendors; negotiate favorable terms and contracts.
  • Manage supplier evaluations and risk assessments to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Oversee purchase orders, contracts, and price negotiations with vendors.
  • Coordinate closely with design, project, and finance teams to align purchase workflows.
  • Source high-quality materials matching project specifications and financial limits.
  • Track purchase timelines and coordinate logistics for smooth delivery to sites.
  • Uphold industry standards and best practices in all purchase activities.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Monitor vendor performance and refine vendor selection and management processes.
