Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Colleague Communications Lead to devise and execute a comprehensive communication and engagement strategy across all available channels, ensuring seamless execution of colleague awareness initiatives such as Breast Cancer Week, World Immunization Week, and Women's Day events, business meetings like Plan of Action Meetings (POAs), and sports committee activities.
2. Facilitate the end-to-end planning and execution of colleague communication events, including vendor sourcing, coordinating event requirements, price negotiations, backstage event management, and payments to vendors. Ensure the successful execution of annual corporate gifting to employees through item selection, price negotiations, sampling, and coordination with delivery partners.
3. Engage in robust searches for quality vendors for events, design agencies, and corporate gifting agencies, undertaking the process of bringing them into the company network while adhering to legal and compliance processes. Coordinate all payments to vendors by raising purchase orders and sending invoices to the payments team in a timely manner. Maintain accurate CCE expense records and ensure periodic cascading and alignment with internal stakeholders.
