  • Confidentiality: Uphold confidentiality regarding patient and practice information.
Qualifications
  • Experience in dental billing and insurance claims is essential.
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g. Dentrix, Open Dental) is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are vital for success.
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines is crucial.
  • Intermediate English skills (verbal and written) are required.
