At our institution, we are seeking an experienced Educator to facilitate the delivery of high-quality training and education to students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a range of subjects including OT concepts, CPR, pre/intra/post-surgery care, surgical procedures, instruments, and nursing protocols. This will involve designing and delivering engaging lectures and practical sessions that cater to diverse learning needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality educational content to students in a timely and efficient manner
  • Evaluating student performance and providing constructive feedback to support their growth and development
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievement

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program success
  • Document student progress and share insights with relevant stakeholders
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance student experience and institutional growth

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about teaching and has the ability to work well in a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus and be able to engage, educate, and entertain students in a dynamic and interactive way.

The successful applicant will hold a BSC OT / BSc. Nursing/ GNM qualification and have at least 1 year of experience in Operation Theatre/Nursing. They will be able to demonstrate their ability to make a positive impact on the lives of underprivileged students.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
