Seeking a seasoned Human Resources expert to spearhead our organization's HR transformation initiatives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Human Capital Consultant. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives and ensuring the effective implementation of HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage complex HR projects, including but not limited to, HR system implementations, policy development, and process improvements.
  • Consulting: Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leadership and stakeholders on HR-related matters, including talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize HR processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance employee experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR consulting, project management, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Workday Pro or Workday Partner Certification (preferred).
  • Skills: Strong understanding of business process optimization, analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
