Job Title:

Lead Brand Visual Director

A forward-thinking and detail-oriented visual director is needed to spearhead the development of our fine jewelry brand's visual identity on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a compelling visual direction for the brand, ensuring consistency in product imagery and A+ content across all Amazon customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with photographers, graphic designers, and other creative partners to bring the visual vision to life.
  • Review and quality-check all content received from creatives to ensure it meets brand standards and Amazon platform requirements.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality visual content for product detail pages, aligning with brand positioning and Amazon best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and compelling visual representation of all SKUs on product pages.
  • Use performance data and competitive analysis to continuously optimize visuals and content, improving conversion rates.
  • Manage the creative workflow, ensuring efficient processes, clear approvals, and timely delivery while maintaining a high bar for quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a senior visual or creative role, preferably in luxury or Amazon.
  • Proven expertise in visual storytelling, art direction, or brand development.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon content strategy, including listing images, Storefronts, and A+ content.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and hold creatives accountable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take full ownership of visual deliverables from concept to completion.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, luxury aesthetics, and product presentation.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to set up and refine scalable creative processes.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and principles recommended for effective collaboration with design counterparts.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly in a performance-driven environment.
