Job Title

A Strategic Content Developer is responsible for spearheading the creation and implementation of high-quality content solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, edit, and customize technical narratives, management approaches, staffing plans, past performance, and resumes that align with industry standards.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and persuasive proposal content that resonates with clients.
  • Develop and maintain a reusable content library, including templates, past performance blurbs, and bios that are tailored to specific projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-7 years of experience in managing and writing U.S. Federal proposals, preferably in IT services and IT staffing.
  • Demonstrated ability to write technical content in a compelling, customer-focused style that drives results.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills that ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills that enable effective project delivery.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and collaboration tools like SharePoint or Google Drive.
