About the Role:

  • Collaborate with business teams and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Lead the team in capturing and documenting 'as-is' designs and 'to-be' process maps by working closely with business experts.
  • Ensure adherence to defined standards and best practices.
  • Leverage SAP knowledge to investigate data elements, tables, and fields related to business processes.
  • Apply data accuracy and completeness principles on Celonis.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest capabilities in Celonis, including AI and ML offerings, and identify use cases to leverage full capability of Celonis.
  • Act as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 13+ years of experience with at least 4 years of Celonis Platform technical experience and SAP ECC knowledge.
  • SAP ECC technical experience is mandatory.
  • Experience in security management of Celonis platform and solutioning is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with ABAP jobs, identifying root causes for job failures, and taking corrective action.
  • SAP BW experience is beneficial.
  • Nice to have: Experience with BW objects (Info-objects, DSO, Cubes, Multi provider, Bex reports).
  • Experience in test management tools (e.g., ALM tools) is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of process mining and management principles.
  • Strong understanding of process performance indicators and their calculation logic.
  • Proficiency in working with process mining solutions, including scripting and ETL (e.g., Celonis).
  • Expertise in SQL, PQL, Load optimization.
  • Experience with ETL processes, data warehouses, data modeling, design architecture.
  • Strong experience with relational databases and data modeling.
  • Experience in business intelligence, data engineering, business analytics, or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
