Cloud Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of cloud computing and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS. You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a significant focus on manufacturing environments. They should also have proven experience leading at least one large-scale migration from a traditional data center or hosting provider to cloud platforms.

You will be responsible for architecting complex hybrid-cloud environments, including on-premise to cloud replication, failover patterns, and advanced networking. Experience in a manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of production constraints and shop floor systems (MES/SCADA), is highly desirable.

Bonus points for direct experience with manufacturing data collection systems like AC4D/Plant Manager and applications like AutoCount. Familiarity with manufacturing-specific ERP systems like Radius and its associated applications (e.g., eFlow, PrintFlow) is also beneficial.

Knowledge of regulatory landscape for food and pharmaceutical packaging, including FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and cGMP, is essential. Hands-on experience with cloud services like AWS IoT and AWS Bedrock for data analysis is required. Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting languages (Python, Bash) is also necessary.
