**Key Responsibilities:**
We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential influencers across Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. You will build and nurture relationships with influencers to drive brand awareness and conversions. Your tasks will include onboarding influencers, assisting them in setting up their profiles, providing guidance on content strategy, pricing, and promotions. You will also plan and execute WhatsApp and social media marketing campaigns to acquire and engage influencers. Additionally, you will track performance, generate reports on campaign effectiveness, and optimize outreach strategies. You will collaborate with the team to improve influencer engagement and marketing initiatives.
**Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, growth hacking, or sales in a startup environment. Experience in a marketplace, SaaS, or B2C product is a plus. Strong communication and persuasion skills to engage and convert influencers are essential. You must be proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership in a fast-moving startup. An analytical mindset to track performance and optimize campaigns is necessary. A creative thinker with an eye for social media trends and content strategies is ideal.
