Job Title: Structural Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Structural Design Engineer to join our team. This role involves checking VFC drawings and designs for code compliance, identifying redundancies in member design, and coordinating with other disciplines to resolve design issues.

The successful candidate will have experience working with structural analysis/design software such as ETABS/STAADPRO/Safe, and proficiency in MS-Excel for quick post-processing of computer analysis/design output.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough checks of VFC drawings and designs for code compliance.
  • Identify and address redundancies in member design.
  • C coordinate with other disciplines to resolve design issues.
  • Generate technical review comments and clearly communicate with consultants.
  • Organize work schedules and provide proactive technical support to the manager.
  • Check quantities against budgeted indices before issuing drawings to site.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience working with structural analysis/design software such as ETABS/STAADPRO/Safe.
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel for quick post-processing of computer analysis/design output.
