Main Responsibilities

  • Performance Optimization: Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
  • Professional Growth: Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering.
Requirements
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Proficiency in Swedish and strong English communication skills.
  • Content Creation: Proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms.
  • Leadership Ability: Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
  • Curriculum Development: Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
