Job Description:

To succeed in a Private Wealth role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals to understand their financial goals and objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create personalized financial plans tailored to clients' needs and risk appetite by analyzing their current financial situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance updates to ensure alignment with clients' financial objectives and make recommendations for improvement where necessary.
  • Demonstrate expertise in wealth management products, including Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Mutual Funds (MFs), and Equities, to provide clients with informed investment decisions.
  • Educate clients on the features, benefits, and risks associated with various wealth management products to empower them to make informed investment choices.
  • Recommend suitable investment strategies and products based on clients' investment preferences and risk profile to meet their financial goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand your client base and drive business growth.
  • Cross-sell wealth management products and services to existing clients to increase revenue and enhance their overall experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with compliance standards to ensure regulatory adherence.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience of 12 - 18 years to demonstrate a proven track record of success in a Private Wealth role.
  • A strong understanding of wealth management products, including AIFs and PMS, to provide clients with expert advice.
  • A proven ability to build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Relevant regulatory certifications (e.g., AMFI, NISM) are an advantage to demonstrate industry knowledge and expertise.
