Job Overview

The Vice President of Identity and Access Management, specializing in Multi-Factor Authentication engineering, is a critical role in the organization. This position requires expertise in designing and implementing robust MFA solutions that meet security needs while complying with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate from legacy systems such as Cisco DUO and RSA SecurID to Microsoft Authenticator, ensuring minimal disruption to services and user experience.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for integration and troubleshooting of MFA technologies, particularly Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to design MFA solutions that meet security needs and comply with industry regulations.
  • Develop and enforce MFA policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed in line with the organization's security framework.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on MFA processes and tools.
  • Implement monitoring solutions to track MFA usage, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to identity and access management, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing remediation strategies.
