SAP Data Strategist Opportunity

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced SAP data strategist to lead the implementation and integration of SAP Datasphere with enterprise systems.

About the Role:

• The successful candidate will develop and implement end-to-end solution architecture for SAP Datasphere, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
• They will lead the migration strategy from SAP BW/4HANA and legacy warehouses to Datasphere, designing and implementing enterprise data models, semantic layers, and harmonized data views.
• The ideal candidate will define and enforce data governance, security, and compliance within Datasphere, collaborating with CXOs, business stakeholders, and IT teams to define a scalable data roadmap.
• They will provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring performance optimization, best practices, and reusable frameworks for data pipelines.
• The successful candidate will stay updated on SAP BTP innovations, AI/ML integration, and advanced analytics.

Requirements:

• 12+ years in data warehousing, data integration, and analytics.
• Minimum 8+ years hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere (or early adopters with strong BW/4HANA to Datasphere migration experience).
• Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, HANA modeling, SQL, and data architecture.
• Proven experience in enterprise-scale data strategy and transformation programs.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP services, APIs, and cloud integration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and BI reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
