Senior Highway Engineer

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include:
Tender Estimation
- Develop accurate and detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQ) based on project drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to finalize assumptions and clarify ambiguities in quantities.
- Prepare structured and itemized BoQs for client submissions, tender support, or project billing.
- Maintain and update material rates and quantity databases.
Highway Engineering Experience
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working on highway infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of bridge and highway engineering drawings and relevant codes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- 3-4 years of experience in infrastructure or design-based quantity surveying.
- Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings and GFC documents.
- Hands-on experience with Excel and knowledge of AutoCAD or any BoQ preparation software.
- Familiarity with IRC/IS codes and construction practices for bridges/highways.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
