Job Description
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Create requirement specifications from the business needs, including BRD, FRD, and SRS.

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts, integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Conduct rigorous manual testing to execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Assist in project planning and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery of technology solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in both manual and automation testing and business analysis, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
  • In-depth understanding of utilizing Selenium, Maven, Postman, or equivalent testing tools.
  • High-impact communication and presentation skills across multiple formats.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Testing Methodologies, Business Analysis Techniques, and Agile Methodologies.
