Financial Operations Specialist

As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will support our Finance team in managing financial data, forecasts, and reports. You will provide strategic financial guidance and align financial goals with overall business objectives, learning from your superiors and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records to inform decision-making and ensure timely reporting.
  • Develop and publish charts and summary tables for easy data visualization and analysis.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of financial data with organizational databases and accounts.
  • Prepare and discuss detailed financial reports on projects and clients, highlighting key issues.
  • Process client invoices promptly, handle queries, and coordinate with internal contacts.
  • Resolve vendor disputes, ensure timely invoice entry, and reconcile statements of accounts.
  • Manage GST return filings for compliance with Indian regulations and assist with annual audits.
  • Handle TDS filings for the Indian entity and support compliance audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree; CA Inter qualification is advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a finance role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate financial details.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
