SAP Basis Specialist for HANA

Are you a skilled SAP Basis professional looking to leverage your expertise in HANA technology? We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis specialist to join our team and take on the challenges of implementing and supporting SAP HANA solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your knowledge of core basis activities such as kernel upgrade, parameter change, client administration, system refresh and system restarts.
  • Expertly manage ECC 6.0, SAP NETWEAVER 7.5, 7.3 and Solution Manager 7.2: installation, upgrade (release and version) and troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot application issues in SAP ABAP and JAVA AS – availability and performance.
  • Analyze and resolve client copies and system copy -related issues.
  • Develop expert-level knowledge of SAP Web dispatcher, Cloud connector, BOBJ/ DS.
  • Gain working knowledge of S4HANA – conversion, migration, upgrade - troubleshooting issues.
  • Cultivate excellent skills in SSL certificate installation and renewal - troubleshooting issues.
  • Become proficient in HA and DR setup and testing - troubleshooting issues.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of HANA and Sybase ASE Database administration, DB and client installation and upgrades.
  • Showcase basic knowledge of products like SAP Convergent charging, Convergent mediation, OpenText, HANA XSA etc., - troubleshooting issues.
  • Excel in L2 activities and system down situations.
  • Display basic knowledge of OS administration – Linux and Windows.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Basis with a focus on HANA.
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of SAP HANA architecture.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
