We are seeking a skilled and experienced Art Director to lead our creative team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of innovative design concepts, managing projects from start to finish, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
- 6-8 years of experience in Design is required. Advertising agency experience is essential.
- Proficiency in Illustrator & Photoshop is necessary. Additional software skills are an asset.
- Good communication skills are vital.
- A well-curated work portfolio showcasing your expertise is required.
- The ability to coach and be coached as part of a team is essential.
- Familiarity with working in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
- Experience in managing teams is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work across various brands/products or services across different industries is an asset.
- A high level of comfort in presenting work confidently both internally and to stakeholders is necessary.
- Effective coordination with account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements is required.
- Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research is essential.
- Creative thinking to produce new ideas and concepts is vital.
