Validation Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced validation lead to join our organization.

About the Role:
  • Develop and Implement Validation Strategies

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing validation strategies to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, quality assurance, and other teams to define validation requirements and priorities.
  2. Validation Planning and Execution: Establish validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  3. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential product risks related to validation.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance validation processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency.
  5. Documentation and Traceability: Ensure end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities.
  6. Reporting and Updates: Provide regular updates and reports on validation activities to Quality Assurance and senior management.

Additional responsibilities include vendor management, training compliance, and team leadership.
