Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Role Overview

This is a key position in our organization that focuses on managing day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP. The incumbent will handle cash transactions, maintain daily cash book, and perform regular cash reconciliation.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.). This involves generating and managing E-way bills, ensuring accurate and timely filing of GST returns, and deducting and depositing TDS, as well as filing quarterly TDS returns.

  2. Draft and send emails related to payment follow-ups, invoice clarifications, and other communications with customers and vendors. Follow up with customers for pending payments and documentation.

  3. Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors during audits. Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports and assist with financial analysis.

  4. Reconcile bank statements, vendor/customer ledgers, and support budgeting activities.
