Job Title: Cash Management Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cash and Liquidity Optimization:
    • Develop cash flow forecasts, liquidity plans, financial statement analyses and investment strategies to ensure efficient working capital management.
    • Create cash targets to support optimal liquidity management and minimize excess operating cash.
    • Oversee electronic cash receipt and disbursement processing and accounting to enhance cash visibility.
    • Manage daily cash positioning activities, including daily liquidity management, cash position reconciliation and bank reporting to ensure accurate tracking of KPIs.
    • Maximize interest revenue from excess operating cash while ensuring sufficient funds for ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
    • Collaborate with business partners, shared services and FP&A to develop a structure that optimizes working capital and streamlines treasury processes.
    • Develop and maintain effective banking relationships, account structures and payment processing to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
      • Leverage tools such as ERP systems, TMS and data visualization platforms to drive automation, technology integration and decision-making.
        • Maintain an efficient system of policies and procedures that impose adequate control over treasury activities and provide support for regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field required
  • MBA or advanced degree in finance or related field highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of treasury best practices, financial regulations, tax codes and compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of general treasury, forecasting, budgeting and accounting principles
  • Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with BI tools and treasury management systems (TMSs)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel skills
