Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Position

A proactive professional with expertise in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments is required to lead complex cloud migration and modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Azure, plus a working knowledge of AWS and GCP platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of large-scale applications.
  • Architect, deploy, and optimize Azure-based solutions including compute, storage, networking, and security services.
  • Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives with an emphasis on Azure technologies.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using modern DevOps practices.
  • Implement and manage containerized workloads using AKS and EKS.
  • Establish and enforce cloud security standards and best practices across environments.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated deployments.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Optimize cloud resource usage and implement cost management strategies.
Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering/architecture roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure, plus a working knowledge of AWS and GCP platforms.
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes orchestration, particularly AKS, with knowledge of EKS.
  • Experience with Karpenter, ArgoCD, and Istio in container environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cloud security principles and implementations.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud networking concepts and solutions.
  • Proficiency with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools (particularly Terraform, Azure ARM templates, and AWS CloudFormations).

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Azure certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, Security Engineer).
  • Experience with Azure governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures.
  • Background in supporting enterprise-scale applications.
