  • Create smooth animations, transitions, and micro-interactions for captivating user experiences.
  • Build CMS-driven pages and collections in Webflow, ensuring efficient data management.
  • Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO, applying best practices to drive online success.
  • Collaborate with the design team to implement new features, driving innovation and growth.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices, guaranteeing a superior user experience.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing Webflow projects, continuously enhancing our digital presence.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Webflow (design, development, and CMS), leveraging its capabilities to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enabling seamless integration with other technologies.
  • Ability to create advanced animations, parallax scrolling, Lottie integrations, and interactions in Webflow, pushing the boundaries of web design.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience.
  • Experience with Figma/Adobe XD to Webflow conversion, facilitating smooth collaboration between designers and developers.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization, driving online visibility and credibility.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills, tackling complex challenges with ease.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, delivering high-quality results under pressure.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Zapier, Memberstack, Airtable, or other Webflow integrations, expanding our technical capabilities.
