Job Title: Product Manager

We are seeking a driven and analytical professional to take ownership of our Counter-Terror product line. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our national security-focused solutions, working at the intersection of advanced technology, threat intelligence, and mission-critical operations.

This role is responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap for our Counter-Terror product suite. You will engage with government stakeholders, security agencies, and internal field teams to deeply understand mission needs and operational pain points.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and systems thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex workflows into intuitive features. They will also possess exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working with or within government, defense, or national security environments being a strong plus.

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for our Counter-Terror product suite.
  • Engage with government stakeholders, security agencies, and internal field teams to deeply understand mission needs and operational pain points.
  • Define product requirements with clear use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and UX to deliver solutions that enable high-value threat detection, correlation, and investigative workflows.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, privacy, and operational policies relevant to national security and lawful intercept.
  • Track market trends, competitive offerings, and geopolitical developments to shape long-term product direction.
  • Support business development and sales efforts through product demonstrations, RFIs/RFPs, and strategic input.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in security, intelligence, or enterprise software domains.
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking; ability to break down complex workflows into intuitive features.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working with or within government, defense, or national security environments is a strong plus.
