Job Description:
  • Develop chemical reactions independently and monitor progress utilizing standard methods and analytical techniques, including TLC, GC, HPLC, and LCMS.
  • Optimize reaction conditions for enhanced yields and output by isolating products.
  • Purify compounds using chromatography, distillation, and crystallization to achieve high-quality results.
  • Characterize and identify compounds through UV, IR, NMR, LCMS, and GCMS analysis.
  • Collaborate with the team to execute multiple reactions concurrently and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Scale up R&D-developed products to commercial quantities and transfer technology to pilot plants efficiently.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of chemical synthesis and analytical techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
