Artificial Intelligence Assurance Leader

LTIMindtree QE Team is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic AI Assurance Leaders to join their team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the development team to design test cases, execute test scenarios, and identify potential data-related issues in the AI models.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute test plans for evaluating the functional performance of GenAI models.
- Analyse AI-generated outputs to identify discrepancies, inaccuracies, or unexpected behavior.
- Collaborate with SMEs and engineers to reproduce and debug identified issues.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in software testing and Test Automation with a focus on data validation.
- Familiarity with data quality standards and best practices.
- Experience with ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP.
- Experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions.
- Knowledge of programming languages and scripting on any one automation tool.
- Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations.
