Oracle SCM Functional Consultant Job

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to join our team.

Job Description:

    As a seasoned functional consultant, you will lead business analysis and requirements gathering with non-technical stakeholders, translate business objectives into functional requirements, and configure Oracle SCM applications.

    You will conduct functional analysis, application gap analysis, and prepare design documentation. Additionally, you will support business users by clarifying requirements for project teams and developers, validate feasibility of user requests against system capabilities and data structures, provide expert data analysis using SQL queries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis and requirements gathering with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into functional requirements.
  • Configure Oracle SCM applications.
  • Conduct functional analysis and application gap analysis.
  • Prepare design documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst/Manager.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Application functionality.
  • Deep knowledge of Inventory Management, Product Data Management (PDM), Demand & Supply Planning, Shipping & Transportation Management.
  • Hands-on experience with 2–3 full lifecycle implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and Oracle Cloud framework.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries and SDLC methodologies.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
