You will need to have experience with industry-standard derivatives documentation, such as ISDA negotiations, and a strong understanding of regulatory margin requirements under various regimes.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement transaction processes and procedures to ensure that transactions are executed consistently.
- Perform due diligence checks on clients' capacity and authority to enter documentation.
- Review legal opinions from external counsel in the context of close-out netting, capacity, and enforceability issues.
- Tertiary/University degree (LLB or equivalent) and strong analytical and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently but also able to work well in a team environment.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
