Role Overview:

This role involves leveraging technical expertise to drive innovation in machine learning applications and deliver products and analyses.

  • Model design, testing, and execution
  • Collaboration with data engineers and machine learning engineers to deliver products and analyses
  • Development of advanced machine learning algorithms and proof of concepts
  • Experimentation and innovation in machine learning applications to drive business value
  • Technical expertise provision to junior team members

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or relevant professional experience
  • 4-8 years of machine learning experience in industry/academia
  • Experience in one or more areas of advanced data science (NLP, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, etc.) NLP/LLMs experience preferred
  • Statistical analysis and experiment design skills
  • Software development skills with Python proficiency
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, JAX, PyTorch, Spark MLlib, Keras, or scikit-learn
  • Strong communication skills including non-technical audiences
  • Proven attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
