We're seeking a skilled Instructional Design Associate to join our team at Lilly. As a key member of our Learning & Development team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality learning solutions that meet the needs of our business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop web-based learning solutions, including instructor-led, blended instruction, self-study, and virtual-session learning solutions.
  • Work with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to identify learning gaps and develop solutions that address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs and recommend learning solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain learning content, including revising or redeveloping learning solutions in response to feedback from stakeholders.
  • Ensure that learning solutions are accessible and meet the needs of diverse learners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Instructional Systems Technology, Performance Technology, Adult Learning, or a related field.
  • Human Performance Improvement (HPI) Certification.
  • 5 years of experience in a regulated environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with content authoring tools, such as Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Camtasia, and WalkMe.
  • Written and verbal English proficiency.
  • Demonstrated skills in strategic thinking, leadership, and proactive strategic learning and development consultation.
  • Experience with learning, development, and standard operating procedure-based business processes.
