Job Overview

As a Solutions Developer, you will design and build innovative technology solutions to automate business processes and integrate with Microsoft 365 systems.

  • Create intelligent agents that integrate with Teams/Outlook/SharePoint and leverage AI-powered knowledge bases for efficient performance.
  • Develop core automation flows and custom connectors to key REST APIs; document patterns for seamless reuse.
  • Demonstrate API/webhook payload scripting in productionized workflows for optimized results.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate governance guidelines and compliance standards for Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain secure, scalable technology solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform tools.
  • Implement API/webhook interactions to orchestrate cross-system processes and optimize performance.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver iterative value through collaborative problem-solving.
  • Operate within the company's technology governance framework and coordinate with IT on expectations for Power Platform solutions.
Qualifications
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio expertise: designs and deploys agents; understands agent performance metrics.
  • Power Platform proficiency: hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Pages.
  • Scripting skills: able to write scripts that send payloads via API calls/webhooks.
  • Business acumen: translates business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
  • Desirable qualifications: Microsoft Power Platform certifications or demonstrable Power Platform experience.
