Job Title: Senior Clinical Statistical Programmer

We are seeking an accomplished senior clinical statistical programmer to lead our programming and analysis efforts.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in clinical statistical programming, with 5+ years of experience in handling complex efficacy domains, TFLs, and ensuring excellence in programming analysis-ready datasets.

Responsibilities:

  • Expertise: Proficient in SAS and CDISC for programming and possessing strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on Support: Act as subject matter expert for large-scale complex projects, providing hands-on support for project completion.
  • Quality Assurance: Participates in review of CRFs, CRF annotations, Statistical Analysis Plans, SDTM/ADAM specifications, datasets, and TLFs to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentorship and Training: Provides support to mentor and train junior team members.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensures all statistical activities comply with internal and external quality standards, SOPs/WPDs, ICH-GCP, and/or other international/local regulatory requirements.

  • Relevant industry experience is mandatory.
