Healthcare Implementation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced healthcare implementation consultant to work on leading healthcare projects.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in mapping healthcare processes into Salesforce solutions and have strong knowledge of healthcare workflows (screening, primary care, aged care).

  • Expertise in FHIR, HL7 standards is essential.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce implementations is required.

The selected candidate will act as a subject matter expert for HealthCloud features and collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for training client and internal teams on HealthCloud functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct workshops to gather and document requirements from clients.
  2. Create data models, workflows, and configurations within Salesforce HealthCloud.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Provide training and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in healthcare consulting or implementation roles.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A certification in Salesforce or a related field is preferred.
