Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the quality of our files, ensuring they meet industry and client standards. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will perform daily technical checks on files, guaranteeing subtitles conform to company guidelines and client requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Verify that language subtitles adhere to company guidelines and meet specific client needs.
• Evaluate subtitles against reference materials related to the project, implementing required instructions to ensure consistency and error-free output.
• Maintain an average quality record of 99% while delivering 100% timely results for all clients.
• Coordinate with colleagues and update Project Notes to implement changes or fixes in languages based on errors found.
• Provide feedback to other users and departments when standard procedures are not followed.
• Communicate effectively with clients.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Mentor and coach newer recruits to achieve expected quality standards set by the department.
• Promote teamwork and suggest improvements to the platform or subtitling workflows during work.
• Participate in job/personal knowledge training programs and demonstrate eagerness to learn other aspects of the process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional audio sensitivity – ability to comprehend various English accents.
• Good comprehension and communication skills.
• Broad cultural knowledge and diverse interests.
• Team player, detail-oriented, able to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
