Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our team at our EASA Part145 approved Line Station in Chennai.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform aircraft line maintenance activities according to company authorization granted by Transport Malta Civil Aviation Directorate (TM CAD)
  • Issue necessary maintenance records and reports (CRS, Technical Log Book, Technical Delay Reports, Daily Status)
  • Maintain aircrafts in accordance with up-to-date aircraft manuals and MOE of our EASA Part 145 Organization
  • Use necessary tools and equipment for aircraft maintenance and ensure they are servicable and calibrated
  • Ensure all parts used on the aircraft are servicable and effective
  • Order necessary components and consumable parts for repairs, defect rectification and scheduled maintenance checks
  • Participate in flights for trouble shooting and inflight inspections of aircraft system failures if required
Requirements:
  • Holder of an EASA Part66 license or Government of India Aircraft Maintanance Engineer License with B1, B2 or B1+B2 categories
  • Type ratings of B737NG (CFM56-7) and PART147 or CAR-147 recognized practical and theoretical type training certificates
  • 6 months' active experience within the last 2 years period on the B737NG (CFM56-7) / B373MAX (Leap-1B) aircraft types
  • Minimum 5 years total experience in an approved maintenance organisation, 3 years of which must be on the B737NG (CFM56-7) / B373MAX (Leap-1B) as B1, B2 or B1/B2 certifying staff
  • Must be over 21 years of age
  • Right to live and work in India
  • Open to work flexible, in shifts and once required with duty layovers at other line stations
  • Living or willing to relocate to Chennai
