As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at 5paisa, you will ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our trading platforms and infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain resilient systems meeting fast-paced trading demands.

  • Ensure trading platform reliability and availability.
  • Optimize system performance for low-latency trading.

Fault Tolerance and Resilience:

  • Design fault-tolerant architectures and systems minimizing downtime.
  • Implement disaster recovery plans for business continuity.

Monitoring and Incident Response:

  • Develop monitoring solutions detecting anomalies and performance degradation.
  • Respond promptly to incidents minimizing impact on trading operations.

Deployment and Release Management:

  • Manage deployment pipelines for smooth and reliable deployments.

Security and Compliance:

  • Implement security best practices protecting trading systems and customer data.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with SEBI and other bodies.

Automation and Tooling:

  • Develop automation scripts improving operational efficiency.

Capacity Planning:

  • Monitor trading volumes and plan infrastructure scaling for peak loads.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Maintain system architecture documentation.
  • Share knowledge with other teams to improve system reliability.
