**Job Overview**

HDFC Bank seeks an experienced Tech Project Lead (Techno-Functional) with 4-6 years of API development background. The ideal candidate will drive projects from initiation to completion, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This role demands effective communication and collaboration with technical, design, digital, business, and control functions, as well as third parties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Production Requirement Documents (PRD).
  • Write and execute test cases to ensure project quality.
  • Drive projects end-to-end, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies for smooth execution.
  • C coordinate and collaborate with tech, design, digital, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Digital Services Function (DSF) and Business Technology Group (BTG).
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure signoff from relevant stakeholders before project launch.
  • Support smooth transition to live operations and address post-deployment issues.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.

**Qualifications**

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in techno-functional roles, with specific experience in API development.
  • Experience working on technology projects is essential.
  • Domain knowledge: familiarity with the insurance domain is desirable but not mandatory.

Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in writing BRD/PRD and test cases.

Salary Estimate: ₹25-35 Lakhs per annum (dependent on location and experience)
