Role Overview:

The Beauty Category Growth Strategist will play a pivotal role in driving growth within the beauty category at Noon. This individual will focus on establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships, expanding Noon's presence in the beauty industry, and ensuring the success of beauty brands and sellers on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the beauty category, including partnerships with brands, distributors, and suppliers.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including beauty brands and sellers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams – marketing, operations, and product management – to align on strategies and maximize growth opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective partners and clients.
  • Coordinate with sellers to ensure optimal product selection is live on Noon and inventory is managed effectively through the right business models.
  • Drive participation in Noon's key promotional events, ensuring key sellers contribute and grow.
  • Enhance content quality by ensuring brands and sellers provide high-quality images and product descriptions.
  • Guide smaller accounts to scale and become significant sellers through tailored support and data-driven insights.

What You'll Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in e-commerce, beauty, or consumer goods.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration with partners and internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets and objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
