Drive innovation in next-generation missions and technologies as a Lead Electrical System Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with certification standards and requirements through effective electrical system and power electronics design activities.
  • Define architecture, system, and component-level requirements for new products to ensure seamless integration.
  • Perform thorough analysis (FMECA, simulations, modeling) on new products to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Establish standardized processes for integration and tool identification to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for company records and design reviews.
Must Have Skills:
  • Profound knowledge of power supply design, power converters, analog and digital control, MOSFETs/GaNs, gate driver circuitry, transformer/inductor design.
  • Experience in multiple product development stages - circuit design, simulations & analysis, manufacturing and validation.
  • Proficiency in modeling & simulation tools such as Spice, MATLAB/Simulink, PSIM, and PCB Design tools like Eagle/OrCad/Altium.
  • Familiarity with Solar arrays/MPPT/Battery/BMS/Wiring Harness topics.
Good to Have Skills:
  • Experience in component level & system level certification and standards.
  • Experience in Aerospace/Automotive domains.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, power electronics, and relevant experience in similar roles.
