Job Opportunity:

Banking Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Banking specialist to support customization and production support for our core banking solution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the core banking system, configuration, and ability to deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.

  • Support core banking modules (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance and Payments etc.)
  • Perform requirement gathering , gap analysis and functional design for new business needs.
  • Capable of troubleshoot APIs and extensions within the core banking system.
  • Manage end-of-day/business-day operations, parameter setup and issue resolution in production environments.

Requirements:

  • 8+ Years of experience in core banking as Banking specialist.
  • Strong understanding on core banking universal banking base and banking domain process.
  • Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury )
  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems.
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Knowledge on Core Banking Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
