Job Summary:

• Manage and oversee kitchen operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, rigorous adherence to safety standards, and the maintenance of a high-quality food environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all day-to-day kitchen activities, from food preparation to final presentation, ensuring seamless execution and excellent quality control.
• Conceptualize and develop innovative menus that reflect seasonal availability and customer preferences, thereby enhancing the dining experience and driving business growth.
• Strategically manage inventory and place orders for ingredients and equipment, effectively controlling costs and minimizing waste while maintaining optimal efficiency.
• Implement strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations, conducting regular kitchen audits to guarantee excellence in these critical areas.
• Supervise, train, and manage all kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment that promotes growth and development.

Requirements:

• A degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management is highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a head chef or leadership role.
• Excellent leadership, creativity, and management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software.
