We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at College Dekho. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and lead generation.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in traditional marketing tactics such as print and radio advertisements, direct mailers, OOH, below-the-line marketing, events, and a good understanding of digital marketing. This is a client-facing role where the incumbent has to meet university leaders and trustees directly and demands excellent interpersonal skills to build and sustain relationships while helping clients achieve their business objectives of marketing-led growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the overall business goals for clients (universities and colleges)
  • Taking briefs, planning, and executing brand awareness activities/campaigns with clear lead and conversion deliverables
  • Planning and organizing events for clients and the enterprise business
  • Preparing and presenting fortnightly and monthly/annual reports to stakeholders
  • Managing budgets and tracking the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure they are effective and cost-efficient
  • Working with agencies and internal resources to develop all marketing materials for clients across offline and online
  • Analyzing competitor marketing strategies to identify new opportunities for clients
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing all marketing tasks assigned by clients
  • Overseeing digital contracts and delivery of SMO, SEO, and ORM for clients

Requirements:

  • MBA from a Tier 1/2 management institute with 3-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, media planning, digital marketing, and events/BTL
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to build and sustain relationships with clients
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop effective marketing campaigns
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team

Salary: ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications
