Decskill is a forward-thinking organization that empowers its people to drive digital transformation. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst ServiceNow – Order Management and Data professional to join our remote project in Spain.

  • We require a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in order management and data activities, including migration from external tools to ServiceNow.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to grasp complex functional aspects of data and work closely with subject matter experts on mappings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for managing large data extractions and converting them into the correct ServiceNow target format.

• Ability to adapt communication to the audience

• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and open mindset

• Ability to understand and break down complex concepts to clarify effort and required changes
